At Durex India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.

Pack the Items

Ensure the products are unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached, then place them back in the original packaging.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the return package.

Receive Refund

Once the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
